Mark Lisnyansky
Mark Lisnyansky is a partner at Optim Advisors,
an asset management firm specialized in portfolio
management and private equity investments into Emerging Europe. Mr. Lisnyansky has been working
in asset management since 1994. In 1993, he co-founded Silvel—one of the first brokerage and asset
management firms in the Russian Federation. From 1989 to 1993, Mr. Lisnyansky founded and served
as President of Ello Ltd, an electronics and office-automation equipment distributor. He is a graduate
of the New Jersey Institute of Technology and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering
with a Minor in Finance. In addition to Nivelir and Allin Blitz, he is co-founder and Board member of
Magnesium.com, the leading global portal for magnesium professionals. Mr. Lisnyansky also serves on
Boards of Directors for several start-up companies in the metallurgical, financial, and renewable energy industries.
